I-beams are mainly made through hot rolling. First, high-quality steel billets are selected and pickled to remove surface oxides and impurities. Then, the steel billets are heated to an appropriate temperature and rolled in multiple passes to gradually transform them into an I-shaped cross section. After rolling, they are cooled and finally cut to the required length.
