Black Annealed Wire

    The black annealed wire is a black iron wire drawn from the Q195 type wire rod.
After the selected raw materials are calcined at a high temperature of about 1000° to maintain sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate speed. The purpose is to reduce the hardness and improve the machinability; Eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and crack tendency; Refine grain, adjust structure, eliminate structure defects.

    Softer than ordinary black wire, more flexible, uniform softness, color consistency.

    Black annealed wire is mainly used in construction, mining, chemical industry, welding mesh, welding hanger, reprocessing and so on. After annealing,the iron wire becomes soft, the flexibility increases, and the effect of building binding wire and binding reinforcement is better.
