SPCC was originally the Japanese standard (JIS) steel “generally with cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip” name, many countries or enterprises directly used to express their own production of similar steel (such as Baosteel Q / BQB402 standard has SPCC).
In the Japanese JIS standard, cold rolled carbon sheet has SPCC, SPCD, SPCE and other brands, among which the latter two indicate that stamping and deep flushing with cold rolled carbon sheet, which are equivalent to 08AL high quality carbon structural steel in China 13237 standard and 08AL deep washed steel in 5213 standard.
SPCC means generally use cold rolled carbon sheet, equivalent to Q195-Q215A in China, do not do stamping test, need to ensure that the tensile test is, after the brand number of T for SPCC-T or SPCCT.
In some cases, the SPCC number shall specify its quality control code and surface processing code.Among them, the quality adjustment code is: A —— annealing state; S —— standard quality adjustment; 8 —— 1 / 8 hard; 4 —— 1 / 4 hard; 2 —— 1 / 2 hard; 1 —— hard.
Surface processing code: D —— dull fine rolling; B —— bright fine rolling.For example, SPCC-SD means standard quality adjustment, dull fine rolled generally cold rolled carbon sheet, SPCCT-SB means standard quality adjustment, bright processing, cold rolled carbon sheet required to ensure mechanical performance sheet, and so on.
