Hot dip galvanized pipe refers to the operation steps of hot dip galvanizing after the black pipe production and manufacturing is completed. Later, hot dip galvanized strip steel can be manufactured into round pipe immediately. The following two aspects are actually described in detail:
1. Structure of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe: hot-dip galvanized pipe is to make molten metal composite material and iron base material reflect and cause aluminum alloy layer, so that the base material and coating are closely connected. First, the steel pipe shall be subject to acid treatment. In order to remove the chemical substances on the surface of the steel pipe as soon as possible, after the acid treatment, the steel pipe shall be removed according to the ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution or the ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip tank. Hot galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The base material of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe and molten plating solution cause complex physical and chemical reactions, resulting in a corrosion resistant zinc iron alloy layer with compact structure. Aluminum alloy layer is integrated with pure zinc layer and steel pipe substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
2. Pre galvanized pipe structure: adjust the manufacturing process. First, the strip steel shall be subject to acid treatment. In order to remove the chemical substances on the surface of the strip steel as soon as possible, after acid treatment, it shall be removed according to ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip tank. Then air dry and make tubes. The coating is uniform and bright, and the amount of galvanizing is very small, which is lower than the cost of manufacturing hot-dip galvanized pipe. Its corrosion resistance is slightly weaker than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe!
